As a new member of Alibaba,com I want to know how its work. Is this a dropshipper or what should I do to start.

If I'm a buyer do they sell it to me as wholesale prize and  can I resale their product.

Of course you can resell it if the products you buyed are not named Brands.If you buy Brands named products( If they are not the original manufacture.) Then you may need a authorised certificate from Original manufacture
