That bases on the Economic Gap between the supply and purchase

e.g.   in arab countries,  there is little water there so for the water ,it's seller's market ,as they have the power and right to determine the price of whole market  ; on contrary , suppose there are about 20 stores specially selling one kind of caps ( or just in a serie ) around your company  , this is buyer-market ,as buyer has the right to determine which store he would like to shop.

ANSWER

It is a Buyer-market  when all purchase decision criteria favours the Buyer. That is a situation when there are lots of competing good that satisfy the same need and the few buyer whose purchasing power is high is now at liberty to chose.

It is a Seller-market when the opposite of the above is the case. That is a situation where there are many buyers looking for view competing goods. The seller is at liberty to dictate condition of purchase,

buye-market means the goods are much more than buyer need ,so the buyer holds the initiative in a market transaction.

And in this condition

1.Rich Commodity in the market , abundant sources of goods, consumers can select any commodity.

2. Products are sold  in between the color, variety, services, prices, promotions and other aspects of fierce competition.

3. Consumer demand is the production and operation of the axis.

seller-market means the goods are much less than buyer need ,and the seller holds the initiative in a market transaction.

And in this condition

1.The supply of goods low, due to short supply and can not meet the needs of the market, even if the goods are of high price and low qulity, they are also sold.
2.At this time, the buyer of the goods have no choice initiative, the seller is concerned only about the number of products, with little regard to market demand.
3.This is also a market situation that total social supply and aggregate demand imbalance.
