1.The supply of goods low, due to short supply and can not meet the needs of the market, even if the goods are of high price and low qulity,they are also sold.
2.At this time, the buyer of the goods have no choice initiative, the seller is concerned only about the number of products, with little regard to market demand.
3.This is also a market situation that total social supply and aggregate demand imbalance.
