Quoting from [chunyang]:
As China SEM, you must face difficult situation nowadays.
Do you know where is the road, does your company has any measures to rescure yourself?
I can't believe the response rates. The Chinese Economy is shifting. The government is forcing the shift prematurely. The small companies in low tech industries will die as they do not have resources to develop new products. The Chinese government has been reducing and eliminating export incentives on low tech items to try and keep/develop high tech industry. The relations with customers rest with trading companies, not small companies as most cannot afford an English speaking staff. The small companies that exist in low tech export will die and be replaced by new SME's in industries that the Chinese gov't chooses to support. Really, China should be incentivizing the inner areas of the country to stimulate growth internally and bringing the high tech industries to the more developed areas. Instead they are chasing business to other Asia area countries and shifting the investment and wealth to those countries from China. To assume that the SME's will get stronger is ridiculous. The ones left will be stronger, but there will be far more companies that die, than are left stronger.
