      Ehmm....  what  a very macro and multiple facet approaches to answer this !?

      Well ... base on our experiences with assumption that the GOV of China (= Central bank )

      do not taking an intervention in the currency fluctuation by subsidiary it (foreign currency)

      or making a Fix rate of  foreign currency exchanges to keep stability.

      Then, the challenge that should be overcome by SME  are :

      1. Union ..immediately action to revitalize Association for each business categories and or

          same product... such this Cooperation of the association would bear the Task force of:

          - Gathering and Inventing the "Crisis, Criticals &  crucials points as Priority Agenda

            to solve immediately for the short terms treatment (counter).

            e.g.: - to get a Financial back Up resources as short terms loan/credit with low interest

                     for survival until the crisis will be recovery. (stable) or other better trend.

                    - to get a Declaration of Quota production to be not Over Supply.. and share

                      the quota base on the minimum limit at a bit on BEP-Level to survive.

                      as similar with OPEC (in petrol)

                    - Not to ruin the Market ....by any means with Unhealthy ways (dumping).

       2. Each association has to Declare and  generated a strong commitment from all

           the members  to maintain the "Selling Prices" Pague or Ceiling Price range as the

           standard (minimum) selling price.

           And monitor against "Dumping-Prices", because of unhealthy competition among

           the same producers/traders. which will make thing getting worse the Climate.

       3. Make a cartel, to buy the raw material from the best resources.

           and do to share the distribution/supply, according to each quota-production .

           By doing this will get a more bargaining power to purchase in a big Volume sound

           and get rabat (discount). It will Cut down the distribution cost and logistic cost.

           end of it is reducing the production cost up to Rational-cost.

           By gathering .the SME will sound BIG. whilst by free fright liberal market/capitalist!

           it will just bring....  The Collapse ...by the negative-market/competition.

      4.  Intensively and seriously to link the Network of all the stake holder !

      5.  The Each Association in the terms of doing Revitalization has to hardly effort to get

            Government Subsidiary and Back Up  for : Financial, Authorization, Deregulation,

            infrastructure, Policy  etc

            etc  to let those above # 1,2,3,4  shall be imlemented and Applied.

            with out these... it will be a long and hard way to pass/go for.

The Minor aspects to do are: Marketing and Management .

1. Market Penetration, 

    Find a more other new buyers buy any means of Marketing wise Professionally.

    with the more aggressive, efficient and effective in to the New Market target.

2. Increase the Quality and Performance of product (not only quantity !)

    e.g. Improved the treatment and the production's technical of works/processing,

           Innovative in design, and affordable price.

3. But keep high-efficiency in cost.

    to the best prices of it,  Competitively

4. Create Market not passive !

    Do not waiting and doing only "Tailor Made"

    Investigating, Projecting, Vision and Forecasting It !

    Then defeat it ! Conquere it  to be a Strong SME man

    To be the Market - Leader .... 

5. And all of above, would be the most effective to Hit the Target if do Adaptation in

    achieving the IT, e-commerce ! As for:  the Information, Links, Promotion and Market

    for Global Trade are No Doubt =Through Web-Portal (as like Alibaba phenomenon).

    internet is the Access (market) and the Web Portal B2B either B2C and C2C is the

    Market it selves.  Information-Technology had changed the Market Behavior Drastically.
