My experience with my Chinese counterpart

I was working in a MNC leading IT departments across 6 countries. One day i got a mail from my  Beijing office stating that  there was a problem in the software that we have development. I replied them it is very difficult to fix the problem with out knowing the real problem , so when you get the same problem next time send me the screen shot of the same .


I recieved a mail like this.


"Ok next time problem come i shoot the screen and send u"
