EEC/COC atv quad bikes from China to UK

just wonder if many buyers are importing the atv bikes with EEC from China into UK, or Europe and getting them on the road?
Many people buy Atv as off road vehicles even with the EEC people use as off road.
I have not seen any Atv's on the road while in UK, who as completed any through the DVLA, and are the customers happy with them, as we know off road and long road use are not the same.
Cars after a few thousand miles will get a service, or 3mth, 6mth, 12mth is will be under the warranty cover too, what about the Atv that are given a plate to go on the road, will the seller give full warranty and back up service![[em19]](http://img.alibaba.com/images/eng/style/icon/emoticons_great.gif)
