Not sure if alot of people have this yet R.N. since I dont believe it goes into effect for a couple of months. I requested a copy about 3 weeks ago and still have not recieved it from the the U.S. ICC book store. If you haven't found a copy by the time I get mine I will send it to you.

URR 725 has since been released and I have a copy of the ICC publication. It came into effect on 1 October 2008. URR means Uniform Rules for Reimbursement; UCP stands for Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits. Both are ICC Publications.
