How Alibaba may help us.
We had a import bussiness with a Japan company but they don't send us the merchandise and they don't send us the money either.
we find them in Alibaba suppliers last year but right now they are not more.
We have the address and phone numbers also the **** number.

You connected a company through an advertisement in Alibaba, and this business is going wrong !
Alibaba only offers free connections between advertising comps and buyers, but is not reliable for your trade !
Or do you ask a newspaper to help you, when you buy from an company who ads in the newspaper and this business failed ?
Due dilligence is needed in every business and if you had read the rules and regulations in Alibaba before you use the website to make business, you should know this facts !
