Different cities in China have different types of salary and commission policy.  some cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen have higher salary than the other cities and that because of the price of living in each city.  But how much do you think that justice exist in companies. You would like your basement salary would be higher or the commission of total profits? How much you feel satisfy with the salary that you take. Is any extra salary for extra working?

I don't know in China but all over the world people have this problem, justice is very important thing and I care too much to my employee salary, if they work extra I will consider extra salary, Also regarding to rules, every employee can have holiday some times per year and if you don't use it later they will add it to your salary and etc.

This is the rules of employees, but personal companies don't obey it, if you work for government then you can understand. First at all I have to see how much this employee is important for me, they are all of my money and my profit, as much as I understand them, they also can understand my business and take care more about my business.

Yes, but almost all bosses in China are money centered, they do not want to pay sound salary for employees instead of exploiting them as much as possible. Maybe that is a reason why Chinese enterprises can not grow big.
