Inform your local bank to open a special L/C, I don't know its name but that exists in the international bank

There is quite a cheaty way - webmoney or WMZ. Nobody can sanction it :).

We hope you shall successfully develop a new long range nuclear weapon so the UN and others shall finally remove the sanctions. Cuz if you'll fail it then the USA shall plant an IRAQ-type democracy over your entire back yard. However the sanctions shall end too.

Thank you for your kind attention and also your nice response. Could you please provide more details about the way your offered? Please note that currently moeny can not transfered by Web in Iran. I mean you can not send and receive money by VISA, Master Card, Paypal, Money Gram etc.

Thank you once more.

Not all countries support these sanctions! Most importantly, China and Russia don't. So you could have a corresponding company in Russia, just across the Caspian sea, and deal with them, while they (officially) deal with your business partners worldwide. That means, in reality it would still be you who negotiates the contracts.

If you know a few companies who have the same problem, you could unite to open a common office in Russia. This office won't do much more than forwarding the money to one side and the merchandise to the other, but it would be a pretty easy and fail-safe solution to your problems.
