On June 2008 one fellow company placed an order with them for Birch plywood. They requested an advance payment and it was done. 2 months after; the products were inspected and the quality was very bad. They could not supply plywood with decent quality, they were asked to refund the money back, they did not and instead stealed the money of the deposit. The embassy in and the Chinese authorities have been alerted about this issue. We will be alerting about this to everyone possible so nobody else loses money with them, we do not need these kinds of companies around. What can you do this time? Nothing,but next time,please just pay more attention,

I am a Chinese people,even I do business with other Chinese company,I will check the company credit,reputation in advance,of coures confirm the sample.Check in person before the payment,or deposit money max 30%,no more than that.

Business is quite different here,spend one or two days work and may be some money to check the company is highly recommended.It is like some where else ,you can find good suppliers and bad suppliers.

One thing you should know is never choose the lowest price.But for the supplier who provide a reasonable price you still need to be careful.

Alibaba trust pass only means the company is a legal company,but a legal company also can be a cheater.

There are many success business man In this community ,I can say most of them have some bad experience of doing business with Chinese companies.But they are success at the end any way.
