Ask your bank. They will do it for you. They are licensed to do so; so it is part of their job. Some countries also allow exporters to maintain accounts in foreign currencies. The exporter can pay for imports (and other expenses) from this account too.

contact to your bank, if more than USD 10,000,- you ask to your bank they can give you good rate.
I suggest you have more than 1 bank, in order to get good rate.

They do not know enough. It is as simple as that. Plus:
- A license is necessary to handle forex as a business, especially treasury operations
- There are any number of consultants from where one can get advice (only advice, not forex).
