I want to import bitumen from gulf countries to India, Maharashtra, Mumbai.

So just  wanted to ask what other expenses will be lieved other than basic product rate.

Assuming that you are buying at FOB prices then the most obvious other costs would include:

a. shipping costs to your country;

b. port costs in your country;

c. duties and taxes payable in your country;

d. delivery costs from the port in your country to your location

As these costs are all payable in your country you best contact a customs clearing agent in your country to help you handle receipt of your shipment and to give you specific costs based upon your specific shipment.
