This is why we just don't deal with Chinese suppliers as it seems to be a waste everytime. If you need HTC models I can give you a few suppliers or send you some phones.

but if you familliar with the China Mobile phone industry, you should know that Hefei, Nanjing,Xia men aren't the mobile phone manufacturing location.   And Shenzhen is the manufacturing location.

Gold supplier doesnt mean wont cheat ever !!! .You need to take your precautions before ordering
Honestly speaking if are an experienced buyer then u can make out after a few conversations itself if the supplier is trustworthy or not.
I know of a gold supplier who claims to sell used laptops . i spoke to her and asked for her price list .She send me and immediately i sensed danger it had some very recent models at very cheap price.
So i played a trick i told her i need Dell Studio a latest model configuration and next day she includes this model in her price list and sends me a quote at less than half the price of new one.
Now it was clear she just wanted me to send money and then she would vanish , only a fake can provide any model in a day.But i still went on to be sure

So i asked her can she ship to my sourcing office in China and collect money or can our guys visit u and check stock and buy .
She didnt agree to both . I didnt waste my time anymore with here .

Most fake sellers wont ship to china and also not allow goods to be checked b4 shipping .
In china u can use alipay to make sure the supplier gets money only after goods r delivered .So ask for alipay through ur agent in china and c if they agree ?

Our guys in china therefore always check b4 shipping costs less and keeps us very safe.
Our guys provide inspection service in china too for 5000 Indian rs which is just $110

But the point here i am making is a few smart questions from u r side can actually tell u whether the supplier is genuine or not ?

Not all chinese suppliers r bad .Most of them want to do business long term but there r bad ones everywhere .

i think you just haven't found qualified suppliers from China. well,most suppliers are good.

the  reputation of  Chinese market has totally ruined by the speculators! just so awful!!

Firstly I am sorry about your bad exprience.

Secondly, I will have to say that the four suppliers are the black sheep of Chinese suppliers,if they were as what you said.

Also, one thing I have to inform you is that , form the official statics,there are more than 30,000 cell phone manufacturersIn China,

So so many good Chinese manufaccturers you haven't encountered.

Further more,I haven't heard that four cell phone company until seeing your post,so try to sort out from the 30,000, for some good ,qulified ones.

I am sure you will get a big surprise.
