I got in touch with this company (PT. CAHAYA MAS GEMILANG GROUP,
INDONESIA) from the Alibaba Site.
Placed an order for 3 containers of office papers in the month of March 2008 and transferred them the money after they sent me copies of the BL.
The containers never arrived.
Finally after reporting the matter to the local UAE Indonesia Consulate they sent me one container of the total 3 containers in the month of June.
I'am still waiting for the balance 2 containers to arrive.
No one answers the phone, there is no reply to the fax and email and frankly i feel its a total scam. I have got email's from many other international companies who have also placed their orders and lost their money with this same company.
can someone give me an idea or solution how can possibly get my material from them.

I know the situation from my council director. The director told to me, this customer have order his/her goods from PT.CAHAYA PRATAMA ABADI, Not from PT.Cahaya Mas Gemilang Group. But, PT.CAHAYA PRATAMA ABADI had little problem for delivery the balance container with their forwarder. Before, PT. CAHAYA PRATAMA ABADI already have the shipment schedule of that, BUT THIS CUSTOMER had posted the statement in Alibaba site first before other see and check the real situation on PT.CAHAYA PRATAMA ABADI.
PT. CAHAYA MAS GEMILANG GROUP IS NEVER GET ANY PAYMENTS FROM THIS CUSTOMER..... WE ARE NOT SCAMER...... WE ARE HOLDING COMPANY.
If all of you want to do this business, must have business trust between Buyer and Seller. Using L/C or TT, it's no problem for payment system. But, you must visit the Seller Company and check also the status of your goods.
Think Smart Guys and Be A Man..... We are hope you to delete the Statement from Alibaba Site IMMEDIATELY

So, we need your good cooperation from this forum for DELETE or POST OFF all of this statement from Alibaba site IMMEDIATELY, because it will be broken our company image and reputation.
