Beauty is a relative term and a concessus on it is very difficult to make. Concessus on beauty is only available by jury members of the beauty contests which are various such as World Beauty,Tourism Beauty, Face Beauty etc.
To find someone beautiful/handsome is a personal preference with some basic criteria. So you can find beatuies all over the world sometimes in India,France,Turkey or Papua New Guinea depending on your criteria. Meanwhile inner beauty is more important to me than the overall beauty. In this regard I find Far East Women beautiful ranking Chinese,Korean. Surely I also count Turkish beauties in the first rank in her region.
