I agree with you very much regarding the verification of member on Alibaba, we should suggest that Alibaba should do sth on certificating members of suppliers and buys strictly .
As i know, chinese mailland suppliers(Gold supplier) and non-chinese mainland suppliers(Trust Pass) with Alibaba membership, were Authenticated and Verified differently by Huaxia International Credit Consulting Co., Ltd., and Asian Company Profiles, Ltd., the third part certificate. I just want to tell the fact to everyone about the alibaba membership of suppliers.

Replying to [bsanssouci]: Another quite easy way to identify fraud, as I have noticed, is that when they appear as buyers, they do not even TRY to negotiate the prices quoted. The scammer accepts the price whatever it is. The only importance to them are the payment terms... i.e. after having sent a falsified bank cheque, they start nagging about the shipment to be swift. I have received two false bank cheques from two different "companies" here, one was sent to clear (but denied of course, and I never sent the goods until I had news from the bank). The other one was so badly falsified that I did not even bother.
So, a common warning for the following spammer:
Fastlink Ventures (Nigeria)/ Mr Babs Tunde.
I googled these names and they still appear on many trade sites.

Replying to [bsanssouci]: Hi, Ihope you can help me, my partner and I have paid money to Xiamen Zhongtong International Trading Co Ltd for mobile phones. The tracking number they gave us does not work and we are finding it very difficult to get them to communicate with us. I have tried checking white pages etc but cannot find any information on them, I have tried checking the address but I cannot understand chinese unfortunately. Might you be able to help us please?
