Hi I am in Shenzhen.

I suggest to ship by air door to door service, not courier and not by sea, that is the best way.

It is cheap than courier and just a little expensive than by sea, but save you much work on it.

I am in Shenzhen help some foreign friends to forward their parcels. and also have partner courier that have discount with them.

It's up to the quality and quantity of your cargo,as well as your destination.The minimum quantity of  air freight is 45KGS.In my opinion ,you could consider ship your cargo by air from shenzhen to BUCHAREST ROMANIA.

Frankly,we're a transport forwarder based in shenzhen and specilized in the sea freight and air freight .We're glad to your any inquiry and proposal if you'd like.

Umm 60kgs to Romania. OK I can give you a roughly idea. Definitely no need to use the ocean freight services.

If choosing Express Services, TNT would be your best choice. The goods thing is they will help you to do the clearance job.  Normally it take 5-7 days. 

If choosing Air freight Services: Many airlines can go to Bucharest. Cheaper, around only 2/3 of the Express Services charge, but you need to do the clearance and pick your goods up at the airport.  Normally it takes 7-10days depends on how long need to arrange the flight booking process.
