I told a story about politician using situations for political leverage, or blackmail.


"Once upon a time, in the heart of the most powerful nation on the Earth, there was a deep hole, about 6 meter deep and 1 meter wide diameter.


There was a blind African-American man who used to walk the same path almost every day for the past eight years. The children were playing in a nearby park, and one ten year old child, saw the ball rolling under the tape barricading the hole. He removed the tape to retrieve the ball and did not place it back.


Will Smith, the blind man walks and fell right into the crater and broke his legs. He sat in the hole and screamed for help.


Along the way, people were rushing by to their office, with the traffic noise drowning the shout for help. Help ! Help ! will someone help me please !

Then a racist came near the crater and saw him. He is a black man, so walked away, because his brother was shot by a black man in a robbery years ago.

Then came a priest, saw him and said "god's judgement is upon you, you deserve what's coming." and walked away.

And after an hour past, a man with dark suit and tie, came near the hold, he asked "Are you Democrat or Republican?" . Will Smith answered, "sir, please help me, never mind about the political parties, I am in pain." The politician retorted "If you do not answer, then I am going to leave you there...and " before he could finished the sentence, Smith quickly answered "Democrat" , and he did not get any more question, the man left.


Finally a good Samaritan came with a ladder, lowered into the hole, picked Smith up on his shoulder, and rescued him to a waiting ambulance.


To the politician, who did not help him immediately, but was going to the phone to call the Civil Defense Rescue Team, he did not realise that their party has dug the hole in the first place, and he walked away, putting aside humanity and the love for his countrymen.
