I am looking for real suppliers to supply 1000 MT on spot basis, monthly.  I would like to start with sample order (eg. 100MT) and then move on to ramp higher.

I am quite frustrated with response from suppliers that ask for 20% or 30% payment before yard visit; doesn't even like to meet with us / our reps before cash is transfered; Cannot communicate well enough in english, when called over phone.

I hope to get some good contacts from the posters or the moderator as soon as possible.
