I absolutely agree the girls alwaysflirt and use unformal tone with the male buyers, and we all know the reasons,but my male friends do not be frustrated,just keeping learning and hard working,i believe that we all will have a bright future.Frankly speaking ,i believe that the opportunity is the most crucial in the daily life,specially for the salesperson on the internet,I would like to say the opportunity takes 70 percent to a success,

I think girls and boys have their own characters.Both of them will be a good seller.It doesn't exist that which one is better than the other!

In answer to no 7.  The word you are after is letcherous.  I dare say there is an element of truth in your comment..  But the other thing is that girls seem to learn languages more easily, and they certainly proctice the art of talking far more than men.  You can argue with me if you like about this but we have had foreign students  living with us over 15 years  and that is my conclusion on this matter.  And while it is undeniably good fun to "Chat up the ladies" at the end of the day the buyer is after good product, good service and a reliable performance in the execution of his order.  On average women pay more attention to the detail than men and it is the attention to  detail that sees the consignment safely through the customs formalities without problems.  For product knowlege on say mechanical items I would prefer discussing the product with an engineer and once such matters are resolved I would be quite happy for a woman to attend to all the details.
