In some companies you can see that 80% of international sellers are girls and near 20% boys, Managers would like to have more girls employees than boys. 

I asked the reason from 25 managers in China and they answered that, Girls know English  much better than boys and they have more ability of selling! Also they believe the girl should be beautiful so come and start working!

What is the reason of  this difference?  What is your opinion?

actually you can do a survey, most girls can speak english very well. but some of boys who also can speak well. but not too much, and then the is another point is patience, and caution. you may know that when you do business ,especially in quotation. the girl will check it again and again, then send out, but boys seldom check the paper work

Some guys can speak good english. And also have good patient. I have seen lots of girls in foreign trade companies. As far as i know, their english is not that good. The only good think that they have is pretty face.

And many mangers like pretty face. So as customers. The mangager hair them to attract males eyes....

By the way. Some femal saler are very lazy....

There are also some guys are lazy. And it is a fact that girls are better at manipulating language. also, preetty face is not a fault. u do not like pretty face?

Girls would be more popular than men,after that they are attractive.

the girls can complained to customers sometime if the customer is male, but  if you are man- sales, it .......

If the manager is a boy, he will employ a girl;

if the manager is a women, she will employ a boy.

I do not know much about Chinese Boys , but Boys in India are very passionate

about their work , they are well versed in many languages including English.Boys are equally good Salesmen.

Even girls are good at the work , but the best girls can do is NEGOTIATIONS 

Both Boys & girls are good at sales,  but in this glamour stricken world girls

take the lead. 

To me it doesn't matter if your a girl or boy.

I am an Australian, and I feel we value two things. (As a buyer)


1:  HONESTY. INTEGRITY. RESPECT.

Boys and girls can do this just as well as each other.

I do not want to be misled, or told something can happen when it can't. Lying is NOT ok

to make a sale. Period.

 If you are really interested in working with us, a "We can't" does not mean there isn't other products we need related to our industry that you might be able to do. If a seller brings:  HONESTY. INTEGRITY. RESPECT to the table, it matter not if you are male or female.


2: If it does matter, then there's a good chance that the buyer is A: a biggot or B: Not one

I'd trust in the business world. (Personal opinion)


To answer in a short word : If you're interested in moving your business forward, it doesn't matter to anyone serious if your a girl or boy.

if the boss is a male. maybe he pays attention to the girl's appearance.but i do really think that boys have more ability  than girls.

Nowadays, girls become more and more selfish. most of them always keep them in the senter condition, others should obey their character. I don't choose my employee like this.
