e-shopping & pay via WU in Unknown website/person is such a BLIND DATE !

Many people become a victim of Scammer by doing e-shopping via e-commerce or web site.
and pay it via W/U or T/T to personal account.
It is just doing such a BLIND DATE thing ! how come ?
1. You are buying something invincible from somebody unknown !
Do investigation and research first ! ask recommendation ? identification !
knowing the identity !
2. You do not sure weather the web is authenticated or just Pishing web
Verification the domain, Host, Admin, IP and contact address etc
If you are unable to, ask to an Expert or the Web-Master !
3. You are dealing in abnormal condition with abnormal Market Price
Be Normal & Rational with common sense and Logic-thinking !
4. You ignore the legal aspect / Safety !
Find out the legitimate of the company registration ?

I personally won't trust the site that even claimed to have rocked a whole town.
