L/C payment is more safe for both of us, but you must be attentioned on the chinese factory, maybe they are too small to afford that. what's more, some of customer are likely to make some stictly extra terms on the L/C. such as factory product must get the via from buyer's inspection.
If the L/C hasn't any extra trems, it would be accepted by most chinese factory
L/C costs more handling fees than T/T.
