We are in line of soft plstic tube which is suitable for cosmetic , medicine, food, and chemical product.Since last year we begun to do the foreign trade, in order to avoiding the risk, we prefer to T/T.

L/C, for small order, is more complicated and waste time to operate, so i prefer T/T to L/C, it is very convinience for each partier, and safe for seller and buyer, why do not use T/T payment?

Our company will not do business with any company in China that insists on telegraphic Transfer [ TT ].
If a supplier will not do Letter of Credit [ L C] ,then we will find a company who will do this method.
The risk is too great with all the factory closings etc.
It,s not good enough to say do your checking on the supplier,it,s impossible to find out their financial situation.
I predict that many buyers will go to other countries in the future that are mature in trading sophistication and can offer insured credit trade terms, where the seller recieves an insurance policy from a company like[ COFACE] FRANCE.
The cost is another 2% but the buyer is able to maintain better liquidity, particularly in the current economic downturn.
If your orders are going down it,s probably because your trading terms are too tight for western markets and they are buying elsewhere

We have a customer who is from
once inquired our Coating thickness gauge. He let us send the DEMO CM8826FN to him and promised if the tester meets his requirement, he will buy 100 sets, otherwise he will return us the DEMO in 30 days after received it.

But once we send him the DEMO by DHL (AWB: 2722369440), he is disappeared. So far, we have not got any information from him.

We are very disappointed for his behavior.

The following are his contact information:

TT is very safe for chinese companies...........because they will receive money immediately, if they go for L/c it adds documentation and administration cost on their side..moreover.....if there is problem on documentation from either side.......factory will be at lose loss condition.
