Ok so im not sure if this is the right place to post this but i do need an experts help.
I paid by credit card via alibaba for the trust pass membership for the first time last month. I finally get feedback from them this week telling me payment has not yet been received. I checked my bank statement and yes they are right. When i entered in my bank details, i received confirmation thanking me for the order. why???!
Is it possible someone at alibaba didnt bother processing my payment?! I really dont like the idea of entering in my details again, incase othere is some kind of processing backlog.
Does anyone have an ideas? Or has this happened to them too? In my many times of purchasing over the internet using my credit cards, this is the first time this has happened!

I assume that you have contacted alibaba about this. What did they say?
Well i chased them asking when everything will be finalised as its been a month already, this was the reply: ''We regret to inform you that we still have not received your payment for our Trustpass membership so far. Could you please provide a copy of your bank remittance so that we can check accordingly?''
I have a transaction reference which I gave to them. Hoping it will be enough to do something about it. Still waiting their reply...
Have you checked with your bank? Has the payment gone through i.e. has the money been removed from your account?
