It is sad to know that alibaba admin still looking for moderators and there are great people I saw which had applied. There are many indians, Pakistanies, hong kong people just add them. Dont ask for more poeple first look for thoese already aplied. I think its 26 pages where people write about themselves.

Can you ask the owner of the House, why he prefer to choose the candidates for moderators, or who will be the guardians of the house?
They have their reasons not to appoint and who to appoint. There are also one Indonesian moderator, new to the forum board, who satisfies their criteria.
Moderators come and moderators go, there are active moderators, extra-ordinary ones, some want to be like gods in the forum, some non moderators, like grandpa who is very active and contributes very much in the forum. But there are also moderators with their names in the forum, but seldom see their posts, it may because they thought to be sleeping moderators.
However, there are moderators who resigned from the forum because of their own reason. Some of them feel that their time can be spent more productively in other areas, and some of them could not even be involved in any discussion due to their inept command of English. For the start, when they were given the one and only payment for their service, 10,000 MVP they were exhilarated, but the enthusiasm dies down quickly and in the following months, you never read their postings again. Some of them were removed from the moderator board by Admin. Alibaba reserves the right to remove them if they violate the rules and guidelines.
