Well, I ordered WD1TB External HDD x 4, and I paid for $650 BUT I have received the follwoing -
250GB External with cover boxes, I have been wait for more then 3 weeks and those items COST are NOT more then $100. I lost $550.
I send the mail to the person who send me, wait and see, WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR ME.
I will keep update and share my situation.

Here is the update, I have an email from the company who send the HDD, they said they will refund some money. They said they will only refund $170 instead of resending the correct 4x 1tb HDD.
I am in the middle of CRAZY situation. Paid for $600 and get non standard 250gb HDD which can't resell in UK .
I will add the Picture of HDD they send me near furture. So everyone can see what customer expect and WHAT THEY SEND YOU!!!!!!!!!
Let see they will refund my money or NOT. I will keep update this for future reference.

They have refunded $170 this morning. I paid $640 for the poduct and I lost $310. Those HDD are not cost more then $40 in UK.
DON'T BELIEVE THEM. YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU WANT AND DON'T EXPECT WHAT THEY DESCRIBED.

Sure do know these thieves. I ordered some dvd's from them, all fully licensed as stated in their ads. Well customs now have them, they were illegal copies. They also sell numerous other items and I suspect now that all of their product is illegal. I would never order anything from China again. Now I'm in hot water with customs and all I wanted was items to re-sell on ebay. Buy American I always say, the first time I buy from China I get screwed, serves me right. I would say yes they are a scam.
I ordered a dell M1730 from this company and after arguing for 2 weeks after making paying they found the payment then the laptop got held by chinese customs after 1 week pure bs.....
1 week later they said there sending a hasee instead i said i want my money back they were like its already sent i told them well i want a refund which they wont do...
3 weeks later after not getting any replies from them and threatning legal action the tracking number finally shows on ems was only just sent.....
I'm going to china next month have a good mind to track them down and sort these scammers out
I'll let you know more once the item turns up but rule of advise do not order though this company ..........
have ordered car dvd/gps players though here before with no problems, I cannot stand scammers ............... Steer clear from this company
