Hello, everyone, how can you do when your cusotmers have suspicions to your company
?
we are a service company , sometimes news customers always ask us how can i trust you ? i told them i do not know how can we let you know our faith and honest with language..even there is a "trust" in our name...
.
...explain mean nothing, but action can tell you the trueth...i think i am right but it still not enough...because some customer will not give you a chance even it will be free for many of our services...i'm so sad...
Dear all, have you faced this kind of situation before, please kindly let us know how to proof it.......
Thanks a lot.
Trust-Office in china
Quoting from [steviem1]:
Saying 'trust me' to someone you have never met before who is about to splash out either their own or their companies hard earned cash does not exactly inspire a great deal of confidence. When i ask someone why i should trust their company and they say 'trust me' - i run a mile.
Why should someone trust you? Its about business - cold hard cash needs cold hard facts. I wish more companies would stop fannying about with trying to make the customer trust them with empty words. Trust needs to be earned. So stop with the nonsense and provide your customer with safe methods of payment where they have recourse to justice when, sorry 'if', your company scams them.
Need i say more?
hi,steviem1, i'm most agree with you. "TRUST" should not be only a empty word, it should be proved and filled by the active actions.
We still use the name of "trust-office" is not a way to show that how honest we are.we just will show it by our actions .

I was scammed for $2800US by a company that said "Trust Me". Its unfortunate that there are only a very small percentage of companies on this web site that are trustworthy. ( Spend a couple of days on the Report Suspicious Companies Forum and you will see what I mean).
Buyers on this website are at a great disadvantage and the sdite administrators will do nothing more then tell you to go to the authorities.
I believe this site will be gone in a year.
