Under great pressure
Post 1 of 6
[em4]I am a newcomer in foreign trade, and I do not know how to be a qualified salesman. In the past one year, my job had no any relationship with English. But now, I have to deal with a great deal of English works, I feel so stressful and tired so that I want to quit the job.  I am in a dilemma, and who can help me?

No pain, no gain! But if you hang in there, you'll eventually reap the fruit. For the meantime, why don't you look for translation websites? You might google something like "chinese english translation" or similar, both in English and Chinese. There should be something.

You should be thankful given this opportunity to use english. Your written english is good, I see no problem in your communication, you should keep it up.

Why stressed, Grandpa Germex spoke mutliple language, he don't have a headache, only a head full of white hairs.[em2] (understand, he is learning birds language as well, from what I read in his latest posting)[em2][em2]

Cheer up, you are in the right place to learn sales and english.[em14]

When I came to Mexico I didn't speak a word of Spanish. Now I'm so fluent that I have been working as a Spanish teacher (besides German and English). It was a lot of stress and effort in the beginning, but if you learn to stay calm and relaxed, pretty soon you'll master the language. Just take it easy, like a child!

Besides, Frank is right, your English is pretty good. Do you make mistakes once in a while? Well, guess what, even native English speakers do. No big deal! [em19]

Regarding speaking to the birds, what else could I could if nobody wants to listen? [em3]
