what is the Dangerous Cargoes,  how it been classified ?

A dangerous good is any gas solid or liquid  that can harm the people life or health, or the environment. 

In USA it called hazardous matrial ( hazmat) Dangerous goods may be flammable , toxic explosive oxidizer or   ... etc

the risks associated with hazardous materials may require the application of safety  during  the transportatin , using, or storge and many countries regulate hazardous materials by law, and they are subject to several international treaties as well.

Dangerous goods mean the substances, materials and articles covered by the IMDG Code, International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code adopted by the Maritime Safety Committee of the Organization
