Hi everybody,

My flight goes on 18th july to shanghai, will stay for around 4-5 weeks and go from hk back to europe. I'm doin business with some chinese factories since 4 years. Most of them I found on alibaba. Cities I plan to visit are shanghai, yiwu, whenzhou, shenzhen then hk.

What I'd like to know is, where most of trading companies or factories are located? I look a place, where all are side by side (for comparing products and prices). I heard yiwu is the perfect place, right?

I don't really look for a special product, I just want to take a round and getting some ideas. Also I'd like to know, if there are any fairs between july and august?

      i am glad to hearing good news of visiting china. to be honest , china is really a good plzce to visit.  about you just specialize cities, i think it's so good .

  however , about you most want to city, it depends on your buying products, if you interested in bearings , i think liaocheng city , shandong province, is a good place to visit, and here has many specialized  manufacturer to offer bearing , they can give u best price and good quality ,

and more , it's near beijing, the olympic  sponsor, welcome to china.

All the cities you mentioned have many factories and trading company.You are a good and smart business man.i think your visit to china this time will bring you a big surprise,not only potential business but also a good scene for you to traval around these cities.

If you pay more attention to a city ,the one will be best city for you.

hi everybody again,

yesterday I arrived in yiwu and I must say, it's a great city. Also there are some products with higher quality. The probem is, that I only stay for four nights, so for sure it' not enough.

But I guess so, that in guangzhou, are also well priced goods. Keep you in touch about my trip.

Sunday I go to shenzhen, after that to guangzhou. Final tour is hk. I'm really impressed about china and I think, with a little bit cleverness, it's possible to start a good business.
