How to enjoy the happiness of communication with clients
Post 1 of 43

In fact , I like this position -- overseas sales.  Most important, I enjoy the happiness of communication with overseas clients.  Most of them are very intelligent, smart, humorous  and kind. They teach me a lot on life and work.

So please be kind and friendly to treat every client as friend.  Friendship comes first, business comes second.

good idea

but if you are a boss , do you think chatting first , business second?

we  have to think about what type of clients whom are the same line with us . and then chat with them . this way will bring the business and enjoy the chatting

If I am a boss, I still like chatting first, business second.

In fact, sometimes we did not make any money from some clients because of some unexpected factors happened. But we still told the clients the truth  and talked friendly. with each other. Some of our clients appreciated what we had done on doing business.

We don't need to think about what type of clients whom are the same line with us. Most of time, some clients are not really so interested in buying our products, but we still keep contact with them all the time. Finally, they will remember you one day  and like doing business with us.  They think we can be trusted partners. In fact, some of my friends even are hired by them as a manager in China.

Although chatting will waste your time and energy, we still enjoy the happiness of communication with each other.  Some clients are really worth us learning a lot. What do you think?  [em17]

Yes, you maybe right. Chatting needs the right time . But mostly, it depends on you and yourself.

You should ask for youself some questions:  Have you understood what the clients wants clearly ? Have you known their companies , their history, foreign manners in the culture from clothing , dining , social etiquette, custom taboo and so on. ?

It yes, you will find chatting will become easier. Being a talkative sales person is not easy. You need to read many books on thers fields.  [em1]

Thanks for your agreement. Just keep optimistic on serving clients with right attitude and right ways.

Clients like a baby, we need time and patience to provide our best product and price for them. If you want them to place an order, just keep on following up with them. They will finally place an order to you. Time will tell the truth. [em1]

Thanks for your advice!

But the problem is :Every time after I response the inquiry ,there is no response. If I talk with them, they will not .No matter how many times I talk with them. [em28]
