In my somewhat substantial experience, 99.9% (yes, that's 999 in every 1,000) of mainland China suppliers of consumer electronics are either scammers or their product is uncertified for legal sale in developed countries.

New comers should punch "gold member" into the "Search Forums" panel at top of this page to get a little insight into the horrific extent of the scams.

Concerning certification, you need UL, CE or A-Tick certificates for legal resale of most types of electronic products is USA, EU and Australia respectively. Of the tens of thousands of Chinese electronic products listed on Alibaba, you could count on one hand those products which are properly certified. In other words, DO NOT IMPORT ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS FROM CHINA.

do not beaten all the chinese exporters todeath with one stick .it is unfair.all right ?

i don`t quite agree with your opinion completely,If you only want to give very very low  price to buy the product with the very best quality,i think even in your own country or some country you think its product very good ,can you get it from them with very little money ,sir ???

So don`t do everythig for granted, find a little problem, only to know complan[em22]it to all the supplier`s products are useless ,ok?

Aussie said NOTHING about ALL Chinese products..... He is talking about CERTIFIED electronics..... Get a grip sparky....... Aussie is 100% correct that very very few Chinese manufacturers have the correct certifications for the countries he mentions.

There's two top Chinese phones which are properly certified for legal sale in USA but MOQ is around 1,000 units. Outside of China, there's no opportunity to deal direct with factories ... you have no choice but to buy from your own USA distributors (unless of course you want to go direct to the likes of Samsung and talk a multi-million dollar order).

HEY, MAN!! DON'T BE SO STUPIDLY JUDGING THE ELECTRONIC INDUSTRIAL IN CHINA.  Maybe some factories are scammers but i don't think it can reach that high percentage. Every country has scammers, even in developed countries.

And every factory has his own orientied market. It's reasonable if some products can not match the standard of some countries. You must don't know that most of the small size factories can't have the ability to pay all the certifications of every part of the word. And you also must don't know it can cost much money to maintain the Authentication. And products without Authentication doesn't mean they are not qualified.

I guess you must have deal with some small size factories,as their price is lower. So anyone who want a safe business ,and want to buy high standard products pls don't only pay attention to the price, but also the quality and confirm if the factory can supply the CERETIFICATIONS you need.
