Your phones are NOT CERTIFIED for legal sale in developed countries.

By law, European importers must have CE Certificate, Australian A-Tick and USA FCC, for each model phone we import. And, separate certification is compulsory for electrical safety for your phone battery chargers under our laws.

    Your words is not correct(but not wrong completed).   I just can agree half your opinion.

Many scammer in China for brandname items.

    Also some seller sell bad quality items can`t meet high level. But Chinese production

sold in all world. Most of them can meet local people, Even USA\EUROPE.

    So it depend on what you need and what do you think?? If you want to pay USD100.0 to

buy NOKIA N95 from China.. So just be scammed again  or you get completed bad quality

NOKIA N95(Fake) there.

    www.huawei.com  www.ZTE.com   www.Haier.comwww.tcl.comwww.lenovo.com  are

famous Chinese brand,,  they export over USD1,000,000,000 one year to all the world.

So how is your thinking??

     To find a right way for electronis is your proble now I thinking.

   And also,many Chinese factory spend much money to got CE|FCC|UL|etc certification for

many country, Just you don`t know.

   Words back, Still some technique problem--Chinese factory can`t do well, and also we

need adjust service and other to help buyer to sell more..But no Famous brand can do

well.My Digital Camera(orignal Olympus) got problem after just 6 month..  Lens hide in

Camera and never be out,, My Motorola A72 mobile (Just two month) then screen show

wrong code.   

    Just say. We all(All the world)need work more careful for our production to avoid waste

our material, Also hope all Honest Chinese factory and Chinese seller to try our best to

offer all buyer our best items,STOP Scammer\STOP bad quality\.

    Alibaba Adim:  please also do your job to verify some production(Brandname can`t be

sold from China. Noted!!), Never let these scammer post this scam advertising in B2B

more.

You look of knowing china well, but you know nothing. why you do not tell truth? buyers always like to buy cheap, cheap,cheap products, they want to have low prices and aim at low prices. in china, there are a lot of products with CE,ROHS,UL,FCC,SGS etc approval, however, buyers want to have low prices and do not like to pay for these approvals, why? tell me, man

We are mobile phone manufacturer. 

You need the Legal Certificated things, you need to pay more. Most of China supplier will make remark in the list which item have CE, FCC certificate, which item not have those certificate.

we need thousands of US$ for the testing fees and modification of products to get the Certicated, you can not just order 100 pcs phone from us and ask one non-certificate thing to be certificated.

Most of the products in China can have the CE,FCC,UL and other certificated, If you need those Certificated things, Pay more money , please.

It's the truth that many company didn't have the CE,FCC,ULand so on.As he said who pay s? Buyers only want to get the electronic product at the lowest price, May be some companies want to earn more money so they  didn't  want to pay more money on the product, But for my part,i really think we must have the CE or FCC for our products.It  makes you have many  customers from the western.

ok, new to this phone thing....but i learn alot of the past few months dealing with these china sellers.....they tall about if you want better quality, we need to pay more...and then they turn around and send you the same piece phone that you could have gotten for $100 less....some of them will even mix it up depending on the quantity you buying.....the main issue i'm having with these china sellers...the LYING!!!. they cant tell the truth for nothing. no matter how you BEG them to be HONEST!!!...a perfect example is. I bought a nokia8800, they have it ad as 3.2MP camera...i contact the seller and ask him whats the actual MP on the camera. the seller said its really a 2MP...he SWEAR to me that it is 2MP, but when i got the phone. that piece of JUNK was only 0.5MP..the camera was so POOR its rediculous!!....they people need to QUIT LYING!!!
