      Please clarify, through what did you received it,  bank ?  and is it  L/C or  Currency Money ?

      And the unclear one is, for what payment that it is effected ? 

      refer to your 2nd question,  what bureau/office ? is that any restriction in your country to One

      whom got transfer money from overseas/foreigner ?

      Normally, if this transfer is for trades, either as down payment deposit or the settlement one,

      it would be OK,  if any investigation  you can show your copy of Invoice and the proof of

      delivery (later)  e.g. : B/L  or AWB  etc..

      This is subject to prevent a  Suspicious of  laundry money  or illegal  underground funds.

      especially  if it is  big amount  one.

 you only contact you suppliers and asked to products or shipped the goods to him(you pay deposit first), and when, I think you will know the next step. this is easy for all.
