I got an inquery last week that he is interested in our cosmetic but first he need samples for testing. Than I mail him send us USD 200 for sample kit + frieght charges. But he refused to pay any samples and frieght charges. My company is not in condition to provide free sample. He said that If your sample like our buyer than he placed a big order. but now I am very confused either to send sample or refused to provide sample.

Because freight charges is to high than samples. I did not get any buyer last 1 year how can I trust this buyer ????????

I already have a paid site in alibaba.com and tradeindia.com but I did not get any profitable response.

Tell me what should I do
