I know Moderator can help to delete Post.  So you asked me to contact the Admin directly about my request for deleting Personal Articles, does it mean Moderator cannot delete my Personal Articles?

Yes. That is because moderators' rights are differ. Such request must be made by contacting our Admin directly. We find that you have only two personal articles now.
