Congratulations! I believe both. Receiving orders is just the first step in the whole process of exporting. The guys gave you orders must be satisfied with your company, your products(both price and quality) and your timely and efficient communicating. Even though, they're worried whether you could deliver their goods satisfyingly as you've promised. So, pay more attention to the quality control and relative services. Communication and service become more important after getting orders. Of course, quality is still important. As a merchandiser, you should play the linking role amonth the clients, your production dept and the sales dept. You need to coordinate all relationships among production,goods delivery, payment arrangment, ect..
If you're lucky to get so many orders so easily, that's mostly because of your company; yet, when you make the clients sastisfying with your service and quality and establish long-term corporation, that's mostly because of yourself. Keep trying hard! Good luck to you!
