I performed "due diligence".  I checked out Google and this Alibaba web site on the name of the company and it came up blank, for negative information.

In fact, the Alibaba web site categorized Tongfa as being a "Gold Supplier".

Clearly, Alibaba was encouraging unsuspecting customers to do business with this criminal enterprise, Tongfa//Jinyongfu.

And this was clearly a pre-meditated scam.  The main reason I was interested in this company's products is that they claimed to have in their product line a car radio with a TV capability which included a receiver for the new ATSC digital broadcast which is takingover in the US.

They claim to have such a product, even through they do not possess any such product.  Tongfa is purely a scam Organized Crime criminal enterprise.

Tongfa and its proprietors should be raided by China government police and prosecutors, prosecuted, convicted, and then executed, which I understand is the sanction for corruption, according to China law.  Such a raid would certainly grab up many organized crime functionaries, and would make this forum more profitable for the honest Chinese merchants which exist.
