Hi All,


Please help me how to get money back from a Chinese company that failed to deliver a promised service. The URL of the company is

I have paid $1,159 along with original figures to YiWu MyTh a.k.a  AoTian  who claimed a Gold member of Alibaba for making a mold on Apr. 16, 2008.

But I have not received the promised mold but also the originals.

I was told they can not make the mold due to technical reasons.

The recipient of the money was


HongFang Zhu, ID:330821198305223423

1908 Room JinMao Bldg

Yiwu 322000, Zhejiang


Does anybody have any suggestions how to get the money and original figures back without filing a complaint to Alibaba and/or legal authorities?

No Gold member ship dos not means that the company is 100% legit it only means that the company have paid some money to obtain this status and many scam companies often pay to look legit because they can make more money than the 8000 USD they have paid,

For 1.159 USD it is not worth to take any legal action, send them a mail and fax telling them about this post(and a link) and you will post many more on other scam fighting websites and any one who google there name will now in the future find your warning and you will not delete this post before they have settle the manners, also tell them that you give them 14 days to do it or ells your local embassy will file a official complain with the camper of commerce,

It is a long shot but worth to try,
