Dear Sellers. PayPal is the pest payment system, which protects both seller and buyer. It is specially created to protect interest of trade subjects in the world of Internet. It is fast, cheap and secure. There is no excuse for sellers not to use PayPal if they are correct. My experience is: I have pay for a mobile phone HTC MAX 4G and instead of it I received Nokia 6300 china replica. What can I do now when seller did not answer my questions. Nothing. My request to buyers: do not trust companies which decline PayPal. There should be something wrong. That is my experience. Regards,

The paypal is better than western union because if that company does'nt send your product that paypal will refund your money to you. With Western Union it basically giving away money hoping that company will send your product to you.

Why China company doesn't accept paypal.
Usually we are doing business at small quanity, total amout is quite small, do u know how much paypal will charge here in China? quite small money will charge 35USD cash into China bank. second,Chinese company knows nothing about it. they also feel complicated for this. but of course there are some scammers who doesn't accept paypal, but also some good company also doesn't accept paypal.

Chinese make cheap goods and they're great at that!! They provide an essential service to bargain hunters who don't mind the sacrifice in quality. But unfortunately with the numerous scams running out of China, it seems difficult to trust them. They have surpassed even the NIGERIANS !! If the Chinese want to do more business efforts need to be made to put an end to these fraudulent shams out of China.
Also to answer the poster - Royaltea - above - paypal DOES NOT cover losses outside of ebay!!!

Pay with paypal if you didnt have paypal balance, just when paypal charge your credit card for the amount You have paid, if you get scammed you will receive 100% your money back

Anybody that does not want paypal or escrow.com is a scammer or does not run a legit business period. You cannot tell me to pay through western union but cant accept paypal. What kind of business wants you to order online but send payment through western union.
