why nobody want to be paid with PAYPAL?
Post 1 of 138

I do not understand why nobody wants to be paid with PAYPAL. registration is free and charges for sending and receive payments are minimal.
and then, i can trust  of golden sellers pn alibaba.com.

the fact that they pay for to be golden sellers  does not mean that they are honest. right!. there should be a system of feedback type ebay, where when people  buy can be  safe.

Indeed, if I contact a supplier for some  products  who runs more risks is buyer, however, because the supplier will ship items only after payment. for both the supplier does not run any risk, one that runs many more risks is the buyer and must be protected. I think that if there was better control to verify a seller alibaba.com website would be the best in the world for business. bye-bye to all

It is a simple answer, nobody who make real business pays with Paypal !

On the other hand, Paypal is not a safe payment if you pay outside the Ebay line, there is no guarantee from Paypal for private or business payments made in the free market !

You are right, all this sample payment methods are unsafe like every other payment if your counterpart want cheat you !

If you do not look for not avaliable merchandise in the Internet and do not believe in offers that could not be possible and pay your supplier to an company account you should mostly be on the secure site.

You may find some suppliers would take Pay Pal that are not a factory and some that send single items direct to the customer, for Chinese brand products, there is one well known supplier selling electronics on Alibaba, the prices are a little more and the delivery is not so cheap but this is because they are real.

The cost that Pay Pal have on the transactions are not so low, so for Samples or single orders this may be fine but for larger orders the cost is not real for exporting.

In UK it is normal for people to use credit cards for all their buying, but in China this is nor normal, credit cards are not out there so easy and you can not use in many shops, as Pay Pal want the Chinese members to log their cards this would be another reason many don't use this, if some open a accoount and they only take Chinese funds as RMB they could not take USD, or UK pounds from the buyers, so they have the have their account to take all countries money not just RMB.

Pay Pay also is not so quick like in other countries for them, they may want to wait till the funds are in their account and this can take a few days to complete.

In China Pay Pal is moved aside with Alipay payments by Alibaba, this payment is common in China now and is great for buyers which means payments are held intil the customer is happy with the product they buy from the internet, easy to load money to your account and fast, but this service is only for China, so maybe this soon could be a service for non mainland China buyers, we have to wait and see.

Remember any claims with Pay Pal if under the Pay Pal rules! once the cliam is ended this would not mean you get you money from the supplier is they did not send or its a scam, if funds was not left in their account you would loose anyway, so in most cases Pay Pal offers some good points only for the real suppliers to the buyers.

I paid seller Pascal Pekka from Finland 370 dollars for 2 samsung u900 soul phones. Paid him with Western Union bank transfer. Never got any phones, and he hasn`t answered my emails for 1½ week. Don`t ever pay with other than paypal or payson, so that you are safe, and get the products that you ordered.

Because my negative experience I can see that paying thru Western Union or MoneyGram gives to fraudulent companies (in my case all gold trusted and all from China) can make fraud without the risk  to receive a chargeback from the credit cards.. So the cash transfer is safe.... for the fraud.

For suppliers who have a lot of money should not be a problem having Credit Card.
