how to report a crime in china after cheated by scammers ?

We do not want to face scammers but most time scammers will come to trouble you and we may be cheated by them...so , how to report a crime after you have been cheated ?
Note:it would be considered as a crime only your lost money more than 2000RMB .
Where to report ?
1.Call 110 in china!(the best way is to call 110 where the crimmers located .)
2.Report to chinese net police.(where the crimmers located .)
What you need ?
As chinese law, if you need to report a crime you should prepare informations and the proof:
1.Crime reporters basic informations :name;company name ;country; address;telephone number ; email..etc
2.Cheater's infomations: name ;company ; address ;telephone number ; email ;website ; id adress ;etc.
3.the proof of the case. for example emails between you and the cheaters ;referrence of your payment..etc.
4. a report of the case .
5.How much money you lost.
How to report ?
Please pepare all of us informations if you want to report the crime. Mostly you should report the crime by yourself ,But if you are not in china...or you have some agents/ friends / chinese office in china, you can let them report it for you.
But they have no right to report the crime as they're not the party of this case. So, you have to send us a letter that you authorize them to report this crime for you if you need them to report it .
