As a white-collar, we are sitting in the office everyday expect weekend, sometimes even weekend. You will suffer pressures everyday that you boss will charllenge, you are not satisfied your boss and so on?

Do you know anyways to make your office healthier? Any good idea is appreciated.

It is very normal for any normal person to sometimes feel aggrieved at the prevailing

atmosphere in his or her office. We are all human. Apart from our employer, we also have

to contend with our co-workers and their attitudes.

Sometimes things can get messy with so many egos and viewpoints involved - all this

is very normal. Rising above the trivialities is what's more important to keep your

office ahead of the pack (or industry, as you wish to call it ).


I know of many offices which complain of a lack of business, diffcult times, etc - more

often than not their problem lies more in their own backyard than down to external

factors.


Attitude is everything. Patience helps too.

As a country with large population, there are pressure everywhere.

We should be faced up with it.

But our shoulder is not so strong.

So we need how to release the pressure when we are over-stressed.

I choose singing aloudly when i am not very happy.
