 I dont agree with you . Whatever the girls wear is up to themselves.  And i think  if at work your dress must  be accordant to  your status, the occasion. But now, in office people often choose wearing leisure dress.

comfortable shoes in the work place are a must! The stilettos are a fantasy shoe and can be worn for a very limited time. If office girls are busy and moving on ther job, comfort is first and styles is second!!!!
