Dear All, How can I check to see my trust pass status. Please give me clear direction from when I log in as I can't seem to check it. Also I paid 298.00 USD last  time can I pay the same to renew or do I have to pay 598.00 USD. Thank you so much.

I hope someone answers your question. I paid the trust pass fee on 20th June and have heard nothing. No reply to my e-mails. Although i did get a voicemail, i call the number back and it sounds a dead line.I dont know what to do anymore ..

Patrick, It appears that you purchased Trust Pass under their 1/2 off membership drive.  I have never had Trust Pass because I have seen the extent of the failure to actually verify a business is real besides a simple registration.  While it would seem that the actual renewal should be signficantly less it bears out a problem that if they are not re-checking businesses to see if they are still actively pursuing that business, what is the worth of a Trust P *.  In my book titles of membership mean nothing.  Any business is only as good as their last deal.  It only takes one bad deal to ruin a reputation for ever.  Alibaba does maintain a live chat from the help section to ask questions.  But remember the time difference between Ireland and China as this live chat is only available during business hours there.
