Several days ago,one of my customers who was newly came from Alibaba ordered some products from me,it is more or less $437.Ofcourse he paid through Paypal and we sent him the package.Our sales sent him several E-mails to tell him the tracking number but didn't see his reply.And finally he sent E-mail to us but said that he've reported to the Paypal since we haven't given him the tracking number for days gone by.Our sales tried to contact with him by E-mail again---because after he played the order he has never got on his MSN again---But didn't see his reply.
Then what happened?
The package was on the way to the customer but he still didn't cancerl his report in Paypal.Then a few more days later the payment got back to the customer's account.It means that we sent our products without getting any money!!!!
We are so dissapointed to have such a customer like he is.Who can tell how to solve the problem?And there is a doubt whether accept Paypal is good or not.

I 've no idea,but it is so pity that ,there no service agency of paypel here in China,so maybe it is so hard to clear something.
Last time,one of my customer wanna to pay my samples through paypel,so i just went through how to register and also i had learned something.
It is do convinient to use paypel,fast and less charge.
Also it is just like the payment of "taobao",that means the money should be kept in a third place,and if the buyer had received the goods,and he feel it is what he wants,he you will received the money when he convinced to pay.So the same as paypel,your buyer also has the power to get his money back before his confirmation.
That is so bad,,also there are something i am not so clear that how could the paypel protect the right of seller?Maybe you should phone them in Singapore .

and as one reason it was just a samll account.A foreign friend told me that I should ask my customer for a sign fax for the Paypal payment,I've never seen it before but I think I would like to have a try.![]()

thanks for the suggestion.I've only learned from one international friends that I can send a dispute to Paypal then the buyer has to reply me,and then we reply to his,time to time till the dispute is sloved.
In fact,Paypal is not bad but I should have found more trusted customers for myself.

In general , this situation just happened by chance. I once worked in internet as an e-marketing seller. I think the paypal can be trusted.But most important is that the buyer and seller are both faithful.
The buyer received the commodity? If he refused to pay for it, you can complain to the service center, maybe they can help you .(you should show all the valid certificates,such as express number). While, if the buyer always dint confimed payment, the bank system will give the money to you account automatically after 15 days. Otherwise, I heard those people like he their bad credit will be recorded.

I have been using for a number of years now and for the most part PayPal has been my choice of payment I request from my customers. And, thankfully, enough I have not had any problems to this day. My only concern with PayPal though is that when I transfer funds from my PayPal account into my bank it takes severral days to appear in my bank statement. Yet if exceed my Paypal limit they (PayPal) draws from backup bank account in less than a day! What's up with that!
I do feel your pain though about loosing your payment in PayPal. In most instances when a buyer submits a dispute to PayPal, PayPal sends an email to the seller of an open dispute and gives the seller is given several days to settle the dispute. If the seller does not make any attempt to settle the dispute then PayPal will go in favor of the buyer and reverse the payment from the sellers PayPal account.

I love Paypal and will try to use it whenever I can. In Australia if you provide paypal with the proof that you sent the item they will not reimburse the money to the customer. Do you know if your products reached their destination? I have just visited your web page and if your products are not genuine they might have been seized by customs.
