Hello All, Thanks for looking at my questions!!

I have a good  US customer and our business is going quite smoothly last few years. But for some reason, we stop doing business with hiim this year, and there are still payment unpaid. Though we called him frequently(he did not reply when we send email), and he always said he will sent the next months, but everytime we are diappoiinted.

With the disvalue of US and we are getting worry about that, and if  there are suggestion you guys could make, without harming the friendship with the customers, I will appreciate!!!Thanks in advance

You can tell him by email and calls, saying that you would take some legal actions if he still refuse to pay.

You should clear everything before you decide to cut off the business relationship.

What you can do now is contact him, again and agian,if in vain, finally use the law way.

Good luck

Dear Member,

If you have good relationship with them then ask them to remain business relation payment is neccessary , ask them devaluation of currency wl case you loose.

or you use

- ask them you can take legal action again them, and can cencel their business liecence, keep records of his email in which he making with you promises.

- you can find a friend in usa ask him to call your customer to make presuure on them

- if customer is not a good customer then push them with more prssure,

- final way to get money is legal action against that company

[em8]  Some complaints about Chinese company scamming, some about clients don't want to pay balance..

In business circle, legal bondage is more important than trust and friendship, since you never know when the business ends.

 Hi All!!

This is the crux of business we are discussing, how not to break the stick while hitting the snake[em1]

Well, first of all, you have to ascertain if this customer is on a temporary bad patch of business or is he calling quits! If the former, then the whole approach has to be with a soft pair of gloves and not the WWF one ! You need to needle him slowly in a mild manner, getting him to feel really guilty about what he is doing to such a nice supplier like you[em7]  This may take time but will meet your objectives if it succeeds. If not, then start offering him discount on the existing product and ask him to keep the globe rotating with one buy and one payment matching each other: then you may slowly get back your money by way of the small margin you take off him each time he buys. Make sure to send good quality stuff so that he buys again and again[em2]  Third, Never ever let him off the hook by not pestering him. You may have to employ someone like me full time to send him reminders[em2] this will  keep the issue alive, since he would be real glad if you let it die[em3]

If nothing works, file a criminal law suit, call his embassy, and make him nude in public In all the B2B portals and chambers of business etc etc..Make all the 6 billion people on the globe aware of him and his activities. corner him. Make him leave this line of business forever, and spend money in setting up something else all afresh[em6]. Make his kids know what he has done. Phone them and tell them their dad is a cheat[em5]

 Cheers!!

Sell your debt to a collection agency....let them worry about collecting the debt....you will have your money and they will then have to worry about the debt.
