You need to understand that being the manufacturer of garments, the first thing is that you should make your own design of clothes to show different buyers. Secondly , you need to offer advertisements on the sites like alibaba even though you are a gold member. The advertisement brings you in the front than the other competitors. Thirdly make sure the products you display in the websites or anywhere should be very clear and should look little bit different .Fourth take part in trade shows as mostly the garment buying is done in the trade shows where people see your clothes design and book the order immediately.
Once you have the inquiries then its all upto you and your company how to deal with it.
